摘要 运用新控制策略后,减少了汽动给水泵再循环阀的汽蚀现象,并降低了汽动给水泵在低负荷时的能耗。在机组正常运行时,将汽动给水再循环阀保持在全关状态,仅在汽动给水泵启动、停运过程中,才进行开启,最大限度地减少了再循环阀的汽蚀现象,降低了能耗。实践证明,运用新控制策略能实现节能降耗,延长再循环阀的使用寿命。通过运行,验证了新控制策略的实用性。 Through the use of the new control strategy, cavitation of the steam feed water pump recirculation valve and the energy consumption of the steam feed water pump at low load are reduced. Steam feed recirculation valve is fully closed during the normal operation of the unit, and shall only be opened during the steam feed pump start and shutdown process, to minimize the recirculation valve cavitation, and greatly reduce the energy consumption. Practice shows that the new control strategy can realize the energy saving and consumption reduction, and prolong the service life of the recirculation valve. The practicality of the new control strategy is proved through the operation of the unit.
