摘要
以多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)为导电粒子,h-HTBN和HDI为原料,BDO为扩链剂进行原位聚合反应,合成了具有软段和硬段结构的聚氨酯复合导电薄膜.采用FTIR和TEM对薄膜材料进行表征和分析,测试对4种不同溶剂(苯、无水乙醚、丙酮和氯仿)的气敏响应强度、线性关系及循环稳定性等气敏响应行为.结果表明,该聚氨酯复合导电薄膜的响应行为与软段和硬段结构有关.
The polyurethane composite conductive films with the soft segment and hard segment structure were synthesized in this experiment,with MWNTs as conductive particles,h-HTBN and HDI as raw materials,and BDO as chain extension agent in situ polymerization.TEM and FTIR were used to characterize and analyze the film materials.The gas sensitive intensity,linear relationship and cycle stability of the polyurethane composite conductive film was also tested by four different solvents(benzene,ethyl ether,acetone and chloroform).The experimental results show that the response behavior of the polyurethane composite conductive film is related to the soft segment and hard segment structure of polyurethane.
