连云港海岸带经济发展生态补偿技术研究

Study on the Ecological Compensation for the Development of Coastal Zone in Lianyungang

海岸带是海洋、陆地和大气相互作用的复杂多变的区域.随着经济发展力度的加大,连云港海岸带生态系统平衡在一定程度上受到破坏.利用2000年和2009年两期Landsat影像,在遥感和地理信息系统(GIS)技术支持下,对连云港海岸带土地利用信息进行提取和统计分析.从土地利用变化的数量、类型和空间转移等方面探讨了连云港海岸带10年间的土地利用变化规律以及其对生态系统服务功能的影响.结合连云港海岸带开发利用变化的实际情况,对连云港海岸带生态补偿机制的建立进行分析,并提出相应的生态补偿措施,以期为连云港海岸带的科学管理和经济可持续发展提供参考.

The coastal zone is a complex region interacted by of ocean,land and atmosphere.With increasing economic development efforts,the balance of Lianyungang coastal ecosystem has been damaged to some extent.This paper is attended to extract and analyze the information of land use in support of the Landsat data of 2000 and 2009,remote sensing and GIS software.Then,it discusses the rule of land use change of Lianyungang coastal zone and its impact on ecosystem service function in recent 10 years from the three aspects of land use change in the number,type and spatial transfer.Combined with the actual changes of coastal zone development and utilization in Lianyungang,it also analyzes the construction of the ecological compensation mechanism,and proposes relevant ecological compensation methods,in order to provide a reference for the scientific management and sustainable development of Lianyungang coastal zone.
