摘要
基于Recur Dyn多体动力学软件,建立了履带式香蕉田间运输小车的虚拟样机模型和地面模型,并对香蕉小车在常见的硬质路面、黏土路面和砂壤土路面上进行了转向动力学仿真,通过对比分析可知:香蕉运输小车在硬质路面上的转向稳定性明显优于其它2种路面;在黏土路面模拟的最小转弯半径为369.5 mm;在松软路面转弯时车辆容易失稳,会出现横向倾斜.分析结果对香蕉小车转向机构的优化和转向稳定性的提高具有一定的参考价值.
Based on the multi-body dynamic software RecurDyn, a virtual prototype and ground model of tracked trolley for banana transportation was built. At the same time, the dynamic simulation of steering power for banana transport-tracked trolley on the hard, soft and sandy grounds was carried out. Compara- tive analysis indicated that stability of steering on the hard better than the soft and sandy; the minimum turning radius of simulation was 369.5 mm on the soft; the trolley was transverse tilt and instability was observed easily on the soft when turning. The results provided a reference for steering mechanism optimi- zation and steering stability improvement.
