摘要
为解决香蕉采收后田间落梳清洗问题,设计了一种移动式香蕉清洗小车.选取不锈钢材料为矩形箱体,铝合金框架作支架,下装4个带刹车的滑轮,构成香蕉清洗小车主体.经仿真分析和强度校核,可达到香蕉清洗的要求,据此研制了香蕉清洗小车样车.实验室试验证明,该小车强度可满足香蕉清洗要求.
To satisfy the need of banana washing after harvesting in field, one kind of trolley of banana washing was designed, with stainless iron box, aluminium alloy frame and four pulleys. A simulation of 3D model and strength checking were taken to certificate the design adapting to real producing require. The results showed that this kind of banana washing trolley could be used in banana washing.
