基于离散元三七干式球磨超微粉碎的仿真

摘要 以行星式球磨机干式球磨三七粉的过程为研究对象,使用PFC3D软件建立球磨运动的三维离散元数值模型,对中小球比、球料比和转速等参数下球磨三七粉的过程进行了仿真;并对罐体内部磨球与三七粉的运动状态以及罐体内部球体和三七之间受到的平均接触力进行了分析.结果表明:影响三七球磨粉碎的关键因素分别是转速、球料比和中小球比,最佳参数为中小球个数比1∶4,球料比8∶1,转速500 r/min. Three dimensional discrete element numerical model was established by PFC3D with different boundary conditions, the grinding process for superfine pulverization of pseudo-ginseng was simulated with different milling factors. Motion status of balls and pseudo-ginseng, and the average contact force between balls and pseudo-ginseng were also analyzed. The results showed that the key factors affecting the milling process were rotation speed, ball material ratio and mass ratio of balls in order. The optimum level should be 1/4 of ratio of medium to small balls, 8/1 of ball to materials and 500 r/rain of rotation speed.
