摘要
针对如何将Cadence SIP中的设计模型在HFSS中自动重建为三维全波仿真模型的问题,提出了一种解决方法,即利用VBS在Cadence SIP与HFSS之间建立软件接口,通过该接口程序完成在Cadence SIP中设计模型几何参数的提取及相应的数据处理,并将相关数据导入HFSS软件进行模型重建,实现重建的自动化。结果表明,该方法能够免去HFSS中繁琐复杂的模型手工建立过程,大大提高工作效率。
In this paper,how to rebuild the 3D SIP model designed by Cadence SIP software in HFSS automatically is researched on,and a solution is provided in which a software interface based on VBScript is designed to realize geometry parameter extraction,data processing and model rebuilding of the design from Cadence SIP. In this way,automation of the rebuilding process is realized. The validation results confirm that much work load associated with re-modeling in HFSS is removed,which improves the working efficiency.
