摘要
喷嘴为燃烧器的核心部件,其结构及雾化方式与燃烧效果和噪音产生有很大关系。采用雷诺应力模型和欧拉双流体模型对一种装有油气双旋流雾化喷嘴的海上平台测试燃烧器的三维射流流场进行了模拟计算,获得了喷嘴内、外部的详细流场信息,为揭示该喷嘴流动机理、有效预测其雾化特性从而提高原油燃烧效率提供理论基础。
As the core components of the burner,structure,atomization manner of the nozzle have much relationship with combustion effect and noise. Using Reynolds stress model and Eulerian two-fluid model,simulation calculation is done to the 3 d jet flow field of test burner on an offshore platform with twin twist flow of oil and gas atomization nozzle,having got flow field information of the internal and external nozzle in detail,to provide theoretical basis for revealing the mechanism of nozzle flow,effectively predicting the atomization characteristics so as to improve the efficiency of oil burning.
