均等化视野下铜陵市公共体育服务发展研究

The Analysis and Prospective Study of the Development of Public Sport Service in Tongling City

研究认为铜陵市在公共体育服务发展方面取得了很多重要经验,主要包括:以民生工程为切入点,公平正义的体育公共服务利益分配结构初步建立;以充分发挥社区作用为着力点,整体政府与网络服务模式不断完善;以责任政府的构建为基础,尝试多元主体的共同合作;不断创新体育公共服务治理,从运行机制上结合地方特点进行有机创新。要促进铜陵市公共体育服务的进一步发展,应该加快机制创新、推进公共体育服务市场化改革、加强公众公共体育服务意识培养,不断丰富公共体育服务内容、加快相关团体的培育与发展。

The research reckons that there are a number of major experiences in the field of public sports service,which includes the following aspects：in livelihood projects as the starting point,the initial establishment of sports distribution structure of public service in terms of interests of fairness and justice：giving full play to the role of communities as the focal point of the whole government and continuous improvement mode network service：working together to build a responsible government based on the plural subjects try：innovative sports public service governance,combining local characteristics from the operational mechanism;to promote further development of public sports service in Tongling City,speeding up institutional innovation,boosting public sports service market-oriented reforms to strengthen public awareness,and constantly enriching the content of public sports service,speeding up the cultivation and development related organization.
