摘要
目前,高职工程管理类专业人才培养存在目标定位不明确,课程设置不合理,人才评价手段单一等问题,为了解决这些问题,提出应以"充分彰显学校和企业主体间性"为价值取向,构建高职工程管理类专业人才校企协同培养机制,包括校企协同确定人才培养目标、建立"集体审议"课程决策机制、搭建校企信息互馈平台和形成校企协同考核机制等.该机制以"充分彰显学校和企业主体间性"为价值取向,以形成校企协同培养工程管理类专业人才的运行通路.
Currently, there are some problems about how to train professional talents for project management majors, for ex- ample, unclear objectives, unreasonable curriculum and single assessment, etc. To solve these problems, a suggestion of how to construct the coordination mechanism between vocational colleges and enterprises are proposed in this paper. The mechanism holds the value of "fully demonstrating the subjectivity between colleges and enterprises" and puts forward rele- vant solving measures, including college-enterprise co-determined training objectives, the establishment of curriculum deci- sion-making mechanism by "group-thinking" , setting up information exchanging platform and the forming of college-enter- prise cooperative assessment tools.
