某中药厂职业病危害及防护措施分析

Analysis of Occupational Hazards and Protective Measures in a Chinese Pharmaceutical Plant

目的分析某中药厂生产过程中工作场所存在的职业病危害因素,确定关键控制岗位,对其采取的职业病防护措施进行分析评价。方法采取现场职业卫生学调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查等方法进行分析评价。结果该中药厂的主要职业病危害因素为其他粉尘、噪声和高温,采取了防尘、降噪和防高温等措施,但尚需完善。结论中药厂应积极采取防尘、降噪对策,加强职业卫生管理,保障工人健康。

Objective To analyze the occupational hazard factors in the production process of a traditional Chinese pharmaceutical plant.To determine the key control positions,and to analyze and evaluate the occupational disease prevention measures.Methods Comprehensive evaluation was conducted in terms of occupational health field investigation,occupational health detection and occupational physical examination.Results The main occupational hazard factors of the traditional Chinese pharmaceutical plant were other dust,noise and heat stress（ high temperature environment）,and the measures such as dust,noise reduction and high temperature were adopted,but it still needed to be improved.Conclusion The traditional Chinese pharmaceutical plant should adopt the measures of dust prevention and noise reduction,strengthen occupational health management,and ensure the health of workers.
