纤维素增稠体系改善高寒动车组转向架防冰液滞留性能的研究

摘要 本文使用纤维素增稠体系来改善高寒动车组转向架防冰液的滞留性能,通过实验室黏度试验、吹脱试验、剪切力试验和上车实际试用试验,证明经纤维素增稠体系大大增加了防冰液在转向架底部的滞留时间,使防冰液更符合我国高寒地区动车组交路长、车速快的实际情况。并研究了增稠后的防冰液对制动性能的影响,保证车辆的行驶安全。 A cellulose thickening system is used to improve the holdover time of cold weather EMU bogie anti-icing fluid.Through viscosity tests,blow-off tests,shear force tests and the tests on real EMU bogies,the cellulose thickening system has been proved to increase the holdover time of anti-icing fluid significantly.It makes the anti-icing fluid more suitable for our national conditions-long routing and high speed.The influences for braking performance has been discussed ensure the safety of EMU.
