宣钢提高1#烧结机利用系数的实践

It is analyzed and summarized the procedure and method to guarantee the utilization coefficient of sintering machine 1 of Xuan Steel in recent years： utilizing equipment preventive maintenance time to guarantee relative lowair leakage rate of sintering machine,increasing the height of trolley back plate of sintering machine to 800 mm,operating with thick material layer sintering principle to increase the output and yield of sinter and reduce fuel consumption,formulating the corresponding process system and refining operation method according to the change in rawand fuel conditions. In summary,with improvement in process and equipment,the utilization coefficient of sintering machine 1 keeps to reduce,and further the cost lowered.
