浅谈烧结机供料系统除尘风机的优化控制

摘要 承钢烧结机供料区域运输皮带的额定料量在1 000 t/h以上,实际运输皮带的料量不足额定料量的40%,存在空转、轻载运输现象,电力单耗居高不下。皮带频繁的启/停造成机械和电气故障率高,设备利用率降低,这种现状迫使运输皮带机配套的除尘风机只能长时间运转,进一步增加了电能的浪费。从工艺、设备、管理角度出发,以提高设备控制技术水平为基础,构建了设备运行状况可视化监督平台;以提高供料与除尘设备效益最大化为目的,采取了一系列改进措施,取得了较好效果。 The rated material quantity of transport conveyer belt in material feeding area for sintering machine is over 1 000 ton per hour,but actual transported quantity is less than 40 percent of rated,much empty or light load transportation existed,the electric power unit- consumption kept at a high value. And the frequent start / stop of belt makes much mechanical and electric breakdown,and equipment utilization rate low,and this situation forces the dust collecting fan attached to the belt operate in a long time and further increases the electric power wasted. A equipment operation status visible monitoring platform is constructed from the angle of process,equipment and management and based on the improvement of equipment control technique level;with maximum profit of materials feeding and dust collecting equipment as target,a series of improving measures is adopted,good effect got.
