摘要
利用新型高密度沉淀池对钢铁联合企业废水进行处理,控制最佳条件:投加熟石灰控制p H值10.0~11.0,聚合硫酸铁用量20~50 mg/L(有效浓度9%),有机高分子絮凝剂聚丙烯酰胺用量0.2~0.5mg/L。经混凝沉淀后,出水浊度可稳定控制在0.5 NTU以下,有效降低了后续V形滤池及双膜法的运行压力,高密度沉淀池排泥浓度为3%~15%,可直接进入板框压滤机脱水成为含水55%的泥饼。
The best control conditions are as followings for waste water treatment in integrated steelworks with new- type high- density sedimentation tank: controlling the p H value of added hydrated lime within 10. 0 to11. 0,quantity of polymerization ferric sulfate 20 to 50 mg / L( effective concentration as 9%),quantity of organic high- polymer flocculant polyacrylamide 0. 2 to 0. 5 mg / L. With these conditions,after coagulating sedimentation,the exit water turbidity can be controlled below0. 5 NTU,the operation pressure of the following V- shape filtering tank and double- membrane process effectively reduced,mud discharge concentration of high- density sedimentation tank is 3 to 15%,can be offered directly to the plate and frame press filter to be dewatered and formed into mud cake with 55% of moisture.
