摘要
为提高锅炉的热效率、节能减排,试验一种增加锅炉吸热的新技术——远红外高辐射防腐节能涂料。现场试验得出:使用该涂料后,锅炉的吸热速度提高25%以上。为此,2015年9月在承钢9#锅炉上进行了试用,该锅炉的热效率提高了3%以上,应用效果较好。
To raise the heat efficient of boiler and saving energy and reducing discharge,one newtechnique,far infrared high- radiation anti- corrosion energy- saving coating,is tested to increase the heat absorption of boiler. It is proved in site test that with this kind of coating the heat absorption speed of boiler increased by over 25 percent. So in Sep. of 2015 it was trialed in the boiler 9 of Cheng Steel,the heat efficient of this boiler raised by over 3 percent,good effect got.
