摘要
本文通过对美国协同教学实践规模、实践环节、实践课堂情境和实践效果等现状进行分析,总结出美国协同教学实践存在以下特点:1发展速度快、实践成就多;2实践与理论存在一定程度的脱节;3受到众多因素影响。为我国带来的启示有:1加强协同教师师资培养;2审时度势地开展协同教学;3改良协同教学效果评估的方法。
As one of the most effective means to achieve inclusion education,co-teaching has been receiving increasing attention of the world-wide.Co-teaching originated in the United States,the problems it encountered may offer some enlightenment to us during the process of co-teaching practice.Through the analysis of the practice scale,practice session,practice scenario and practice effect of co-teaching,we can find some characteristics as follows: the developing speed is too high to catch up,a gap existing between theory and practice; multiple factors impact co-teaching.The current situation and characteristics of American co-teaching practice has given us three inspirations.First,we should strengthen the training of co-teaching teachers.Second,the pace of development of co-teaching should depend on the actual situation.Third,the assessment of co-teaching should be improved.
