家长参与特殊教育学校教育活动的实践探索

Practical Research about Guiding Parents to Participate in the Education of Students with Disability

特殊教育学校的教育活动需要家长参与。由于家长对残疾学生缺乏正确的认识和参与行为不当,影响了学校正常的教育活动。学校通过成立家长学校,培训参与学校教育活动的家长;成立志愿者协会,发挥陪读家长的正能量;参与教育训练,发挥优秀家长的积极性;举办经验交流,实现家长间的取长补短等策略,引导家长有效地参与到学校教育活动中,取得了较好的效果。

Education is the responsibility both of the parents and school,and parents’ participation is crucial especially for the seriously disabled children.However,Inappropriate involvement of parents will affect the regular school activities.This article mainly discussed the several methods for parents.School sets up the parents school,leading parents to face students’ disability correctly; builds volunteer association,playing a positive role in parents accompany studying; training parents for participation,exhibiting the enthusiasm of good parents; holds seminar to exchange experience,helping parents learn from each other; discuss employment way with parents,promoting the disabled children to enter the society.Through the ways above,school directs parents actively involved in the children’s education as well as growth,which has achieved excellent results.
