Since 1990s, monetary policy has presented significant transformation in the style throughout the international worht. Strengthening exchanges and communication with the public and improving its transparency is now becoming an international trend. The stylistic shift in monetary policy has profound theoretical and practical basis. Thus, an analysis and discussion of the cause has great significance for fully understanding monetary policy. The paper studies the practice basis for monetary policy transparency, and summarizes them as the development of democratic politics, the outbreak of the economic crisis and the pro- gress of information technology. Finally, we conclude that the stylistic shift in monetary policy results from the joint effect of all the practice and deve｜opment factors involved.
