摘要
辅导员,是连接学生与学校之间的纽带,是传达学校办学精神的窗口,其素质与能力水平直接影响着学校的办学质量。通过问卷形式对上海开放大学辅导员队伍的基本信息、制度保障以及工作实效进行分析,上海开放大学辅导员队伍存在年纪偏大、兼职比例偏高、专业化水平不高、培训激励制度不完善等问题。今后应在明确岗位职责、加大培训力度、完善激励机制等方面做进一步补充与改进,以此来提高开放大学辅导员队伍的战斗力,提升开放教育办学水平。
Instructor is the connection link between students and school, and also is the window of the spirit of school, whose quality and ability level directly will affect the quality of the school.Self- made questionnaire was used to investigate the Shanghai Open University instructor team. Though analyzing the basic information of the counselor team, system guarantee and working effectiveness, it is found that Shanghai Open University instructor team is older, part- time proportion is on the high side,specialized level is low, and training incentive system is not perfect and so on. It is recommended to clear responsibility, strengthen training, and perfect the incentive mechanism, so that to improve the effectiveness of the instructor team, and to enhance the level of open education school.
