教育信息化视角下高职院校培养创新型人才的思考

Reflections on the Higher Vocational Colleges cultivating innovative talents in the perspective of Educational Informationization

高职院校是培养专业技能型人才的主要办学基地,其培养人才的创新精神和创新能力更具有优势。教育信息化为创新型人才培养提供了更为广阔的教学途径,在打造学习者多元化的知识结构体系、培养学习者创新实践能力、激发学习者创新思维以及营造"创新性"的教学环境方面发挥着重要作用。从教育信息化对教学模式、管理模式、教育资源、教学环境、教学服务支持和评价体系六个高职院校人才培养因素影响的角度,提出了高职院校创新型人才培养的策略。

The Higher Vocational College is major educational base which developed talents of professional skills,it have more advantages to trained talents of innovative spirit and ability. Educational Informationization provides the most efficient way of teaching to bringing up innovative talents,it will play an impelling force to building diversified of architecture knowledge of learners,creating creative and practical ability of students,stimulating innovative thinking of learners,and Creating a ＂ innovative＂ teaching environment.This paper summarizes six factors what the Higher Vocational Colleges creating innovative Talents,about teaching model,management model,educational resources,teaching environment,teaching service and teaching evaluation System.These factors what was influence of information technology in the paper,will Conclude how used information technology to change the training model of innovative Talents.
