摘要
经由对铅酸蓄电池电压和电流的实时采样,结合PI算法调整与控制功率管,采用电压闭环和电流闭环的控制办法,开发了一种按照三阶段充电方式给电池充电的智能充电器.该充电器通过嵌入式系统对充电过程进行监控,检测和控制铅酸蓄电池的状态,同时在确保充电安全的情况下,对充电时间进行精确控制.该方法可延长电池寿命与及节约能源.
This experiment was based on the real-time sampling of lead battery^s voltage and current, with a combination of PI algorithm, to adjust and control the power tube. Adopting the controlling method of voltage colsed-loop and current closd-loop, we invented an intelligent charger which charged by a way of three-satage-charge.This charger would monitor the charging process through embedded system, detect and control the state of lead battery, and at the same time, under the condition of safe recharging, exactly control the charging time to achieve the object of intelligent charging.This research will extend the service life of the battery and achieve the goal of energy conservation.
