摘要
针对目前医学影像设备对于肝脏管道在二维成像上的不足,根据模块化设计的思想将平台划分成若干个功能相对独立的模块,将图像读取工具包ITK和三维可视化工具包VTK有机地结合起来,利用marching cube(MC)算法对DICOM等格式的医学图像进行了三维重建,设计并实现了肝脏管道交互式可视化平台.结果表明,利用MC算法可以实现医学图像的快速三维重建,交互式可视化平台可以对三维图像进行旋转、平移、拉伸、缩放以及着色等操作,为医务工作者提供了效果逼真的立体图像.
Aiming at the insufficiency of the current medical imaging equipments for hepatic vessels in the two-dimensional imaging, the study divides the platform into several relatively independent func- tional modules by the idea of modular design. It is a feasible and appropriate technology pathway to in- tegrate ITK (insight segmentation and registration toolkit)into VTK (visualization toolkit).The study reconstructs 3D visualization of the medical images of DICOM and other formats by using MC (marc- hing cube) algorithm effectively,which designs and implements the hepatic vessels interactive visual- ization platform. The results show that the fast 3D reconstruction of medical image can be realized by using MC algorithm and the interactive functions of the interactive visualization platform include rota- tion,translation,stretching,zooming and painting. The platform provides a realistic stereo image for medical workers,with a comprehensive application prospect.
