摘要
中国是中华民族共同体的标识。必须依法厘定中华民族共同体的文化认同、政治认同、民族认同和国家认同的内涵;必须依法厘定文化认同与国家认同的关系、政治认同与国家认同的关系、民族认同与国家认同的关系。中华民族国家认同高于一切。
China is the mark of the Chinese nation＇s community. So we must accurately determine the connotation of the Chinese community in accordance with the law,including cultural identity,political identity,ethnic identity and national identity. Meanwhile,the law must also be determined on the relationship between national identity and cultural identity,political identity and national identity,ethnic identity and national identity. In short,the identity of the Chinese nation is above everything.
