摘要
目标管理理论自20世纪50年代提出以来,以其强调参与、自我控制和成果管理等特色,得到广泛推崇与应用。作为成人学习的主要方式,自我导向学习面临着诸多障碍,亟需开阔新的领域。借鉴德鲁克的目标管理理论,能够充分认识到成人自我导向学习本质。构建德鲁克目标管理理论下自我导向学习的模式,能够有效促进成人自我导向学习,提高学习效率。
Since the theory of objective management was put forward in 1950 s,it has been widely promoted and applied because it emphasizes the characteristics of participation,self control and achievement management.As the main way of adult learning,self-directed learning also faces many obstacles,and it is urgent to open new areas.Drawing lessons from Drucker's objective management theory we can deeply realize the essence of adult self-directed learning.Construction of self-directed learning mode under Drucker's objective management theory can effectively promote the adult self directed learning and improve the learning efficiency.
