摘要
新生代农民工的培训事关新生代农民工职业和生活的稳定和提升,是解决新生代农民工生存与发展问题的重要举措。如何组织新生代农民工培训关系到培训的质量和新生代农民工的切身利益。本文以新生代农民工培训需求为视角,构建新生代农民工培训组织模型,并提出具体运行策略。
The new-age migrant workers training related to the new-age migrant workers stability and enhancing the career,it is an important measure to solve the new-age migrant workers living and development issues.How to organize new-age migrant workers training organization is related to the quality of training and the vital interests of the new-age migrant workers.In the new-age migrant workers training needs perspective,building new-age migrant workers training organization model,and putting forward specific operational strategies.
