摘要 城市开发建设过程中BIM技术的应用逐渐普及。顺应这一趋势,提出了一种基于Civil 3D的山区城市用地竖向规划设计优化方法。该方法尝试利用Civil 3D对原始地形和竖向设计方案快速建模,即时计算填、挖土方,大大提高了竖向规划的效率和合理性。该方法的优势在于能对竖向设计方案进行快速建模和优化调整,并能实现竖向规划方案与平面方案的协同开展、相互反馈、交叉进行,从而能综合统筹山区城市总体竖向规划过程中的各种要求和矛盾,是对城市竖向规划设计的一次有益探索。文中结合福建省武夷新区一则工程实例对竖向规划设计思路进行了说明。 The application of BIM technology in urban construction is becoming extensive.To follow this trend,this paper proposed an optimization based on Civil 3D in the mountainous urban field vertical planning and design.This optimization tried to model the original terrain and the design surface to realize the instant calculation about the excavation and fill earthwork.It could improve the efficiency of urban vertical planning and rationality.The advantage of this optimization is that it could model instantly on the vertical planning projects and make adjustments,which could make simultaneous and interactive modifications on the vertical height and the plane position.This method was a useful attempt for urban vertical planning.An example in Wuyi new area.Fujian province was presented for elaboration.
