电加热路/桥面融冰化雪技术设计方法研究

摘要 电加热融冰化雪法技术由于热稳定性好、除冰彻底、环保、无污染等特点而在国内外得到应用,但其没有具体的设计方法,可能导致铺设结构形式的不合理,产生融冰化雪效果不理想,路/桥面结构发生破坏等。基于对国内外电加热研究现状和已有工程案例的研究,采用能量稳态热平衡方程、有限元温度场模型和有限元温度应力模型得出电加热融冰化雪路/桥面合理的铺设结构形式,形成设计流程,为电加热路/桥面融冰化雪技术的推广应用提供指导。 Due to the advantages such as the thermal stability,ice melting thoroughly,environmental friendly,no pollution,etc.the electric heating ice and snow technique has been applied at home and abroad.However,there was no specific design methods,which could cause unreasonable laying structures,waken the ice and snow melting effect,damage the road/bridge structure,etc.Based on the current domestic and aborad researches and existing cases,this paper adopted the energy steady-state heat balance equation,the finite element model of temperature field and the thermal stress finite element model and presented suitable road-bridge deck lying structures for electric heating.It also formed a design process for electrical heating ice and snow on road/bridge deck techniques and provide an application guide for application.
