摘要
采用了SBS与橡胶复合制备改性沥青的方法,研究了改性沥青中胶粉对其耐老化性能和储存稳定性的影响,研究了橡胶粉经去金属杂质和脱硫处理,并高速剪切分散于改性沥青中对改性沥青耐老化性能和储存稳定性的影响。结果表明,橡胶粉能提高改性沥青耐老化性能,且经处理过的橡胶能明显改善改性沥青耐老化性能和储存稳定性。
using SBS and rubber modifier compound modified asphalt production method,this paper researched the effect of modified asphalt rubber powders on the anti-aging properties and storage stability,and studied the effect of metal purification and desulfurization treatment on rubber powder.Besides,it also analyzed the effect of high shear on rubber powders dispersed in modified asphalt on anti-aging properties and storage stability.The results showed that rubber powder modified asphalt could improve the anti-aging properties and the treated rubber could improve the performance of aging resistance significantly and enhance the storage stability of modified bitumen.
