贵儿戏是广东省珍稀剧种和非物质文化遗产项目,现正处于濒危状态。贵儿戏是还没有完全进化成熟的民间地方小剧种,它现在依然保持着原生态的艺术特质,所以它在剧情表达上是铺陈直叙的,在音乐表现上是简单少变的,在舞台表演上是质朴无华的。对于贵儿戏的艺术特质,我们应该以辩证的态度看待。既要欣赏其保持的质朴性和生活本真性,又要审视其对自身生存和发展的制约性。只有这样,我们才能找寻到抢救和保护贵儿戏的方向。

Guier opera is a rare and intangible cultural heritage in Guangdong province,and it is now in the endangered state. Being a folk opera not fully developed,Guier opera retains the original ecological art characteristics,with its plot elaborated to the most,simple and less variable music,and unadorned stage performances. For the art characteristics of Guier opera,we should hold a dialectical view,not only appreciating the value of maintaining its plain artistic form,but also examining its survival and development. Only in this way can we find the right way to rescue and protect this folk opera.
