社区音乐文化建设是当前我国社会主义文化建设的重要组成部分,拥有音乐教育资源优势的地方高校音乐院系要积极有效地服务社区音乐文化建设。目前高校可以通过开放音乐教育资源、建立各类艺术实践基地、与社区合作开展长期的社区文化活动、开设社区音乐教育网络平台、成立社区音乐培训中心等几种有效模式为社区音乐文化建设服务。

Currently universities can serve for the construction of community music culture by opening educational resources, establishing various of art practice bases, carrying out long-term community cultural activities with the community, creating community music education network platform, setting up community music training centers, etc.
