随着下一代移动通信技术LTE的部署,中国移动面临着2G/3G/4G(TD-LTE)多种网络长期共存的情况,如何在4G网络中实现短消息业务,如何保证2G/3G用户和4G用户短消息业务的互操作,是中国移动必须解决的问题。分析了TD-LTE建设初期和VoLTE阶段4G用户短消息解决方案,并详细给出了短消息系统的改造方法。

With the deployment of next generation mobile communication technology of LTE, China Mobile is facing the long-term coexistence of 2G/3G/4G（TD-LTE） network. It must be solved by China Mobile that how to realize short message service in 4G network, and how to ensure interoperability between 2G/3G users and 4G users of short message service. 4G user short message system solutions in the early construction of TD-LTE and Vo LTE stage were analyzed. And the reconstruction methods of short message system were given in detail.
