On Standardization Construction of Community Autonomy Organization in Yuyao

城乡社区自治组织规范化是指社区自治组织建设的法治化、制度化、程序化和标准化。中共余姚市委以"自立、自主、自律"为着力点,探索城乡社区自治组织的法律、体制、能力三大建设,创新"党委政府为主导,社会自治组织为主体,人民群众为主人"的社会治理新机制。

The standardization of urban and rural community autonomy organization refers to the legalization, institutionalization, routinization and standardization of the autonomy organizations construction. Yuyao Municipal Committee starts from ＂self-reliance, self-independence and self-discipline＂ to explore the legal, institution and capacity construction of urban and rural community autonomy organization, and innovate new mechanism of social governance.
