Research and Reflection on Transition of Libraries in Higher Vocational Colleges

在目前的高职教育形势下,高职院校的图书馆存在许多问题,急需转型。可以从外部形势和内在因素两大方面分析高职院校图书馆转型的大背景,进而提出办馆理念转型、实体环境改造、资源建设改革、服务体系创新和图书馆员转型等五种实施路径,以提升高职院校图书馆的存在价值和核心竞争力。

Under the current situation of higher vocational education, there are many problems in the library oi higher vocational colleges. This paper analyzes the background of transition of libraries in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of external situation and internal factors, and further puts forward five implementation methods, so as to improve the existential value and core competence of the libraries in higher vocational college.
