浙江沿海经济环境下大学生创业问题研究

On Entrepreneurship of College Students in Coastal Areas of Zhejiang Province

基于对浙江省沿海经济环境下大学生创业现状的优势和问题分析,分别从社会、政府、高校和大学生个人层面提出了相应的对策和建议,社会层面要积极优化创业环境;政府层面要增加创新创业专项资金投入;高校层面要加强创业教育培养学生素质;学生层面要注重自身个体创业特质的提升。同时针对沿海经济带环境中大学生参加创业活动的原因、绩效以及创业活动的发展态势和发展困境,可以提出相应的对策建议,以完善浙江沿海经济环境中促进大学生创业活动发展的各项措施,探索浙江沿海经济带发展与大学生创业双赢模式,为沿海经济带大学生创业的可持续发展提供依据。

The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward from the level of society, government, university and college students respectively based on the analysis of the advantages and problems of entrepreneurial status of college students in the coastal area of Zhejiang province. The countermeasures and suggestions can be listed as follows： Firstly, the society should actively optimize the business environment. Secondly, the government should spend more on the innovation Venture Fund. Thirdly, the university should strengthen the entrepreneurship education to cultivate quality students. Finally, the students should pay more attention to enhance their own entrepreneurial qualities. In the meantime, relative suggestions are welcomed targeting the motivation, effectiveness, situations and dif- ficulties of graduates＇ involvement in entrepreneurial activities in coastal economy area, in order to enhance all kinds of measures boosting graduate entrepreneurship, exploring win-win mode of Zhejiang province coastal economy band and graduate entrepreneurship, providing support for sustainable graduate entrepreneurship developmenl.
