摘要
收集江苏扬州市2005—2013年土地利用变更数据,采用基于熵权的TOPSIS方法以及灰色关联度分析,并使用Microsoft Excel函数分析扬州市土地利用结构数据,综合评价其合理性.结果显示:2005—2013年,扬州市土地利用结构的合理度总体保持在43%以上;从时间维度看,呈现波动中下降的趋势,2008—2009年下降趋势明显,且土地利用结构的合理性受土地利用类型的影响显著,不同土地利用类型对其影响程度不同,水利设施用地、未利用地、耕地对土地利用结构合理度的影响程度最大.因此,合理开发利用未利用地,严守耕地保护红线,严格控制建设用地增长,对优化扬州市土地利用结构具有十分重要的作用.
Collecting changing data of land use form 2005—2013 in Yangzhou City, using TOPSIS method based on entropy and gray correlation and Microsoft Excel to analysis the data of land use structure in Yangzhou city, evaluating its reasonable degree synthetically.The results show: During 2005—2013 the reasonable degree of land use structure in Yangzhou City overall remained above 43%.From the time dimension, it shows a decline in volatility, the downward trend appears larger in 2008—2009 period, and rationality of land use structure is significantly affected by land use types,and different in different land use types on its impact. Water conservancy facilities land,unused land and arable land have the maximum degree of influence on rationality of land use structure. Therefore, the rational development and utilization of unused land, strictly guard cultivated land protection red line, strictly control the construction land growth, has a very important role in optimizing the land use structure in Yangzhou City. The results show that based on entropy weight TOPSIS method the reasonable evaluation of land use structure in Yangzhou City is satisfactory.
