易地扶贫搬迁助推统筹城乡发展问题研究——以甘肃省定西市为例

易地扶贫搬迁是我国消除贫困的一项重要举措,也是边远山区贫困群众尽快脱贫致富和助推统筹城乡发展的有效途径.本文在深入调研的基础上,详尽阐述了易地扶贫搬迁与统筹城乡发展的重要意义,全面总结了2004年以来定西市实施易地扶贫搬迁工程与助推统筹城乡发展的成效,认真分析了全市在实施易地扶贫搬迁工程与助推统筹城乡发展中存在的问题,并对今后定西市如何更好地实施易地扶贫搬迁工程和更有效地助推统筹城乡发展提出了对策建议.

The poverty alleviation by relocation is an important measure for eliminate poverty in China,and It＇s also an effective ways for the balance urban and rural development..The paper elaborated the significance of poverty alleviation by relocation and balance urban and rural development on the basis of in-depth research,and summarized the effect of poverty alleviation by relocation and balance urban and rural development.Some problems were analysis of poverty alleviation by relocation and balance urban and rural development in Dingxi. So some suggestions are given on how to develop poverty alleviation by relocation and balance urban and rural development.
