摘要
就业是智力障碍者参与社会生活的重要途径,也是其生涯规划的重要部分。文章阐述台湾地区现有的就业转衔体系,期望予大陆地区就业转衔服务以启示。研究采用文献法,分析台湾地区智力障碍者就业的保障制度、职业课程及就业服务相关人员角色,提出推进大陆地区智力障碍学生就业转衔相关立法,增加职业训练课程和职业培训,明确就业服务相关人员角色等建议,促进智力障碍学生的就业。
The main way for people with intellectual disabilities to enjoy social life is employment, which is the important part of career planning. The study expounds system of transition services in Taiwan of China, and analyzes the institutional guarantee, career courses, and the role of job coaches of people intellectual disabilities. There are some advises to promote employment of students with intellectual disabilities in China's Mainland, such as pushing for special education legislation, increasing vocational courses and vocational training, clearing the role of job coaches, and so on.
