In order to explore the effective way of individual education of children with mental retardation, the article analyzes the basic educational way, basic learning way and the claim of writing lesson plans of MS-EEPO, and focuses on its inspiration for individual education of children with mental retardation. The study finds that 7-essential-factor provides a variety of learning channels for children with mental retardation, 5-basics enrich the teaching approach, and lesson planning requirements make lesson plans to quantify feasible. So MS-EEPO is an effective way of individual education of children with mental retardation.
