摘要
为了研究注意力障碍个案的日常行为表现、矫治内容与方法、矫治效果等。文章运用国际公认的测查工具选取个案;在专家的帮助下对个案进行全面评估;提出IEP方案,制定IEP方案;IEP方案修订;IEP方案的实施等。经过近6个月从外部环境和个案自身两个方面入手进行干预,教师对个案有了较为客观的认识;家长更加理解孩子;个案自身的问题得到了初步改善,注意力保持时间开始延长,情绪控制、同伴互动和个人习惯等方面均有正向的改变。因此,一对一的训练和采用多种矫治内容与方法是训练儿童注意力障碍的有效手段。
A case study of ADHD treatment of everyday behavior, contents and methods, treatment effect etc., we use the method of internationally recognized testing case, conduct a comprehensive assessment of the case with the help of experts, and proposes the IEP solution, the implementation of IEP scheme, IEP scheme revision, and IEP implementation. Results: after nearly six months from two aspects: the external environment and the case itself of intervention, teachers of the case have a more objective understanding; parents understand the child better; the patient's own problems has been initially improved, attention to keep time began to extend, emotional control, peer interaction, personal habits, all have positive changes. Conclusion: one of the training and a variety of contents and methods of treatment are effective means to train children's attention disorder.
