摘要
通过对中国《绿色建筑评价标准》(GB/T50378-2014)和美国LEEDv4(BD&C)节地指标体系的对比,从土地利用、室外环境、交通设施与公共服务、场地设计与场地生态四个方面,重点对节地指标的条文分布和权重分布情况进行研究,讨论两国绿色建筑评价标准节地指标体系的不同特点,并以北京金茂府小学设计实践为例,分析节地策略在具体项目中的应用,以期为我国绿色建筑评价体系的不断完善和发展做出有益尝试。
This paper analyzes the land indicators of "Assessment Standard for Green Building"(GB/T50378-2014) and LEEDv4(BD&C) through the comparison from land use, outdoor environment, transport infrastructure and public services, site design and site ecological. The author focus on the indicators distribution and weight distribution situation, analyzes the different characteristics between land indicators of the two standard. Then the author takes Beijing Jinmaofu primary school design as an example, to analyze the application of land conservation policy in specific projects. The purpose is making a useful attempt for the continuous improvement and development of Chinese green building rating system.
