摘要
由于分压注入工具对流经溶液进行剪切会引起溶液分子聚集形态的改变从而影响其驱油效果。因此本文利用扫描电镜(SEM)对不同相对分子质量、流量下流经分压注入工具前后的聚合物溶液分子聚集形态进行观察对比。研究结果表明,溶液中的聚合物相对分子质量越高、流量越大时,分压注入工具对溶液的剪切作用越大,分子聚集形态改变越明显。该实验结果为分注时聚合物相对分子质量及流量的选择及更好的实现溶液与地层的匹配提供相应的理论依据。
Because of the partial pressure injection tool has the ability of shearing and reducing the viscosity, which can lead to the change of the molecular aggregation of the solution.In view of the above phenomenon, using the scanning electron microscopy(SEM)to observe and compare the difference of molecular and flow polymer solution which through partial pressure injection tool. The results show that the higher molecular and flow of the polymer solution, the partial pressure injection tool on the solution of the shear action and molecular aggregation morphology change are more obvious. The experimental results provide a theoretical basis for selecting molecular and flow of polymer solution and better matching between solution and stratum.
