上海某三甲医院门诊患者就诊倾向影响因素分析

Analysis of influencing factors for outpatient admission tendency in a grade 3 and first-class hospital in Shanghai

目的分析门诊患者就诊影响因素,为进一步合理配置资源、改善门诊工作提供依据。方法以上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院北部院区为例,采用德尔菲法对医院专家组进行就诊影响因素调查,采取随机抽样方法对门诊患者进行问卷调查。结果对于各种就诊影响因素的重要性,医院专家组调查结果和患者调查结果不完全一致;就诊患者年龄对医疗特色影响因素、就诊患者年龄和文化程度对整体医疗水平影响因素、就诊患者文化程度对医疗服务水平影响因素认知差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医院门诊工作的改善中,要明确患者的真实需求,着力于提供更多样、便捷的就诊流程,提升整体医疗水平和服务水平,以吸引更多门诊患者。

Objective To explore influencing factors of outpatient admission, in order to provide basis for further rational allocation of resources and improvement of outpatient service. Methods The north hospital area of Shanghai Ninth People＇s Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine was taken as an example. Delphi Method was used in the hospital expert group for the survey of influencing factors for outpatient admission. Random sampling method was used for outpatients＇ questionnaire. Results There was no consistent between the hospital expert group and outpatient group on the importance of various factors affecting outpatient admission. The differences in cognitions of medical distinctive feature among patients with different ages, the overall medical level among patients with different ages and degree of education, the medical service level among patients with different degree of education had statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the improvement of the hospital outpatient service work, need to understand the real needs of outpatients and focus on providing diverse and convenient process, upgrade the overall level of the medical and services, in order to attract more outpatients.
