摘要 利用UG软件建立行星齿轮减速器三维模型,选取减速器最核心的传动装置作为研究对象。本文介绍了行星齿轮减速器传动原理,对太阳轮和行星轮间的啮合力,行星轮和内齿轮之间的啮合力进行了理论计算,并使用MATLAB绘制了啮合力的理论啮合曲线,在此基础上,使用N-R算法对简化的单齿啮合模型做了静态接触分析。 In this paper,the UG software is utilized to establish 3D model of planetary gear reducer whose core transmission gear is also selected as research object. The paper mainly introduces the driving principle of planetary ear reducer and calculates meshing force between sung ear and the planetary ear along with that of the planetary ear and the internal gear. Meanwhile,MATLAB is used to draw theoretical meshing curves of meshing force. On the basis of this, NR algorithm is utilized to make a static contact analysis to simplified single tooth meshing model as well.
