The Effects of Micro-Courses and MOOCs on Educational Technology Personnel Training: The Opportunities and Challenges

摘要 微课慕课对教育教学产生了重要的变革,同时影响着教育技术学专业的人才培养。文章首先讨论微课慕课对教学所产生的变革,并分析了其对教育技术学专业的人才培养目标、人才知识结构、课程结构、专业实践和就业方向等方面的影响。在此基础之上,对教育技术学专业人才培养目标进行重构,提出了人才培养的优化方案,并对本专业的就业方向进行了重新定位。 Micro-courses and MOOCs have significantly changed the education and affected the training of Educational Technology talents. This paper first discusses the reform that micro-courses and MOOCs have brought to instruction, and then analyzes their influences on the objectives of talent training, the knowledge structure, the curriculum structure, the professional practice, and the career orientation in the discipline of Educational Technology. Based on this discussion and analysis, this paper then proposes to restructure the goal of talent training in Educational Technology, suggests a plan on how to optimize the talent training, and recommends new career orientation for graduates in Educational Technology.
