Experience of Professor WANG Shou-chuan Who Differentiates and Treats Pediatric Anorexia

介绍汪受传教授治疗小儿厌食的经验,提出本病病机以脾运失健为主,治疗应以调脾助运为基本原则。临证根据脾失健运、脾气亏虚、脾虚肝亢、肺脾两虚的不同证型,分别治以调脾开胃助运、益气健脾助运、健脾平肝助运、补肺健脾助运,临床取得良好疗效。

In this article,Professor WANG Shouchuan＇s clinical experience on the treatment of anorexia in children will be introduced. He proposes that the pathogenesis of this disease is spleen failing in transportation,the therapy of regulating the spleen function to activate spleen in transport is the basic treatment. According to the different clinical syndromes of spleen failing in transportation,spleen-Qi deficiency,spleen deficiency with liver hyperactivity,dual deficiency of the lung-spleen,the method of fortifying the spleen and increasing the appetite,replenishing Qi and fortifying the spleen,fortifying the spleen and purging the liver,tonifying lung and fortifying the spleen to activate spleen in transport should be adopted respectively. The clinical therapeutic effect is satisfied.
