金匮肾气丸加减治疗脾肾阳虚型糖尿病肾病的疗效及对肾功能的影响

Curative Effect of Using Jingui Shenqi Pill Add and Subtract in the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy of Spleen-kidney Yang-deficiency Type and the Impact on Renal Function

目的:观察金匮肾气丸加减治疗脾肾阳虚型糖尿病肾病的疗效及对肾功能的影响。方法:随机双盲法将78例脾肾阳虚型糖尿病肾病患者分为2组各39例,对照组采取糖尿病肾病常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加以金匮肾气丸加减治疗,比较2组临床疗效、不良反应、治疗前后症状积分、血糖及肾功能指标。结果:观察组总有效率82.1%显著高于对照组的56.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后乏力、便溏、夜尿频多及肢体水肿积分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后24小时蛋白尿定量[(140.4±16.3)VS(284.5±20.7)]mg、Ccr[(42.0±13.4)VS(35.7±8.8)]ml/分钟、24小时UNER[(38.1±18.4)VS(50.3±22.5)]qm/mg·24h-1比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:金匮肾气丸加减治疗脾肾阳虚型糖尿病肾病安全有效,能明显降低血糖,改善其肾功能。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of using Jingui Shenqi Pill Add and Subtract in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy of spleen-kidney Yang-deficiency type and the impact on renal function. Methods： 78 patients with diabetic nephropathy of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type were divided into 2 groups by random double blind method with 39 cases in each group. The controlled group was treated with routine western medicine for treating diabetic nephropathy. Based on the controlled group,the observation group was additionally treated with modified Jinkui Shenqi Pill. The clinical curative effect,adverse reactions,symptom scores before and after treatment,blood glucose and renal function indexes were compared between the 2 groups.Results： The total effective rate of the observation group（ 82. 1%） was significantly higher than that of the controlled group（ 56.4%）（ P〈0. 05）. The integrals of weakness,loose stools,night frequent micturition and copious urine and limb edema of the observation groups were significantly lower than those of the controlled group（ P〈0. 05）. After the treatment,the differences in24 h proteinuria quantification [（ 140. 4±16. 3） VS（ 284. 5±20. 7） ] mg,Ccr [（ 42. 0±13. 4） VS（ 35. 7±8. 8） ] ml /min and 24 h UNER [（ 38. 1±18. 4） VS（ 50. 3±22. 5） ] qm / mg. 24h-1between the two groups were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Jingui Shenqi Pill Add and Subtract treatment in diabetic nephropathy of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type is safe and effective. It can significantly reduce blood glucose and improve renal function.
