当归芍药汤治疗2型糖尿病合并抑郁疗效观察

Curative Observation of Using Danggui Shaoyao Decoction in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes with Depression

目的:观察当归芍药汤治疗2型糖尿病合并抑郁症患者的临床疗效。方法:将65例2型糖尿病合并抑郁症患者随机分为对照组(32例)和治疗组(33例)两组,观察两组患者治疗前后中医症状积分、糖化血红蛋白水平和汉密尔顿(HAMD-24)评分的变化。结果:经治疗后,治疗组总有效率为87.88%(临床控制2例,显效10例,有效17例,无效4例);对照组总有效率为50%(显效2例,有效14例,无效16例)。治疗组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后患者HAMD-24评分明显改善,且明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:当归芍药汤可改善2型糖尿病合并抑郁患者的临床症状,控制患者病情发展。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating type 2 diabetes combined with depression by Danggui Shaoyao Decoction. Methods： 65 patients of type 2 diabetes with depression were randomly divided into controlled group（ 32 cases） and treatment group（ 33 cases）,two groups of patients were observed before and after treatment of TCM symptoms integral,glycosylated hemoglobin level and Hamilton（ HAMD-24） score changes. Results： After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 87. 88%（ 2 cases were clinical controlled,10 cases were markedly effective,17 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective）; the total effective rate of the controlled group was 50%（ 2 cases were markedly effective,14 cases were effective,16 cases were ineffective）. The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the controlled group（ P〈0. 01）; the HAMD-24 score of the treatment group was significantly improved,and the treatment group was significantly better than the controlled group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： The clinical symptoms of type 2 diabetes combined with depression can be improved by Danggui Shaoyao Decoction.
