连朴饮加减方配合针刺在治疗脾胃湿热型消化不良的应用

Application of Lianpuyin Add and Subtract Recipe Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Spleen and Stomach Damp Heat Type Indigestion

目的：观察中药连朴饮加减方配合针刺在治疗脾胃湿热型消化不良的应用。方法：选取2014年8月~2015年9月于我院诊治的脾胃湿热型消化不良患者100例,随机分为中西医结合组及对照组,每组50例。对照组予单纯西医治疗,中西医结合组在对照组基础上联合中药连朴饮加减方配合针刺治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果及复发率。结果：中西医结合组患者总体有效率为84.0%,高于对照组（66.0%）,差异有统计学意义（χ^2=4.320,P=0.038）。中西医结合组患者治疗后复发率为6.0%,低于对照组（24.0%）,差异有统计学意义（χ^2=6.353,P=0.012）。结论：中药连朴饮加减方配合针刺治疗脾胃湿热型消化不良的效果好,复发率低,值得临床推广。

Objective： To explore the application of Lianpuyin Add and Subtract Recipe combined with acupuncture in treating spleen and stomach damp heat type indigestion. Methods： 100 patients with spleen and stomach damp heat type indigestion from August 2014 to September 2015 in our hospital were randomly divided into integrative medicine group and controlled group and each group had 50 patients. Patients in the controlled group were treated by pure western medicine treatment while patients in the integrative group were treated by Lianpuyin Recipe combined with acupuncture on the basis of the controlled group. Treatment effect and recurrence rate of patients in the two groups were compared. Results： The overall efficiency of patients in the integrative medicine group were 84. 0%,higher than those in the controlled group（ 66. 0%） and the difference was statistically significant（ χ^2 = 4. 320,P = 0. 038）. The recurrence rate of patients in the integrative group were 6. 0%,higher than those in the controlled group（ 24. 0%） and the difference was statistically significant（ χ^2 = 6. 353,P = 0. 012）. Conclusion： The effect of Lianpuyin Recipe combined with acupuncture in treating spleen and stomach damp heat type indigestion is better and the recurrence rate is lower and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
