加味玉屏风散治疗季节性过敏性鼻炎临床观察

Clinical Observation of Using Modified Yupingfeng Powder in the Treatment of Seasonal Allergic Rhinitis

目的:观察加味玉屏风散联合西药治疗季节性过敏性鼻炎的效果。方法:选取季节性过敏性鼻炎患者120例作为研究对象,采用数字随机对照表法将患者分为2组。对照组给予西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予加味玉屏风散治疗,行中医症状评分,对比两组临床疗效及不良用药反应;随访1年,记录两组复发率。结果:观察组治疗有效率为91.67%,显著高于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后喷嚏、鼻塞、流涕评分显著低于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组1年内复发率为6.67%,显著低于对照组20.0%,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均未出现血常规、肝功能、肾功能异常。结论:加味玉屏风散联合西药治疗季节性过敏性鼻炎安全有效,可有效缓解临床症状。

Objective： To investigate the effects of Modified Yupingfeng Powder combined with western medicine in the treatment of seasonal allergic rhinitis. Methods： 120 patients with seasonal allergic rhinitis in the hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table,the patients were divided into two groups,with 60 cases in each group.The controlled group were treated by western medicine. Based on this,the observation group were treated by Modified Yupingfeng Powder. TCM symptom score and short form 36 health survey score were performed. The clinical curative effect and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups. With a year of follow-up,the recurrence rate in the two groups were recorded.Results： The effective rate of the observation group（ 91. 67%） was significantly lower than that of the controlled group（ 71.67%）（ P〈0. 05）; after the treatment,the scores of sneezing,nasal obstruction and running nose of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the controlled group（ P〈0. 05）; the recurrence rate in the observation group within 1 year（ 6. 67%） was significantly lower than that in the controlled group（ 20. 0%）（ P〈0. 05）. During the period of treatment,there were no abnormal blood routine,liver function and renal function in the two groups. Conclusion： Modified Yupingfeng Powder combined with western medicine in the treatment of seasonal allergic rhinitis is safe and effective. The treatment can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms.
